Makes an object configurable.

class ConfigurableObject

setting :bar

defaults :development do

end
end

class ConfigurableSubclass < ConfigurableObject
configure :development do

end

configure :production do
  config.foo = "production"
end
end

instance = ConfigurableSubclass.new
